Lymphatic Drainage: Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. Lymphatic massage can reduce swelling and improve circulation throughout the lymphatic system. Outside of its medical applications, this technique is now being featured as a method for cellulite reduction, facial/jawline sculpting, and strengthening immune system function.

Swedish Massage: Traditional Swedish massage consists mainly of long strokes over oiled skin, kneading of the outer layers of muscle tissue to reduce stress and soothe sore joints and muscles. Swedish massage relaxes the nervous system, aids circulation and helps detoxification.

Deep Tissue: It targets your body’s deepest layers of muscle and releases tension in overstressed areas. When your muscles are severely knotted, this therapeutic treatment will break it up. Deep tissue massage is a mix of slow, short strokes and penetrating finger pressure focused on tight, contracted areas. The therapist employs her thumbs, forearms and even elbows to work muscle tissue and relieve tension.
